What is AFT?
Account Funding Transactions (AFT) allow funds to be transferred from a customer payment card to another destination account.

Account Funding Transactions (AFT) can be used in multiple money movement and payout scenarios where funds are transferred from a customer payment card to another destination account.

Wallet Top-Ups
Allow customers to fund digital wallets, prepaid balances, or stored value accounts using their payment cards.

Card to Card Transfers
Transfer funds from one payment card to another card-based destination account.

ECI and transaction qualification
The eci (Electronic Commerce Indicator) field is now available as a dedicated field on AFT transactions. The ECI value reflects the authentication outcome of the transaction and can be included in checkout or order requests for finer transaction qualification and reporting.
