Structure

Understanding your account structure is crucial to be able to manage your setup properly. In the structure, there are a few different levels - each of the levels has its own characteristics and possibilities.

These levels are:

  • Company Account(s)
  • Merchant Account(s)
  • User(s)

Account levels

Company Account: the root entity within your ecosystem. It represents the legal entity and all resources and activities within your ecosystem. Can have 1 to n Merchant Accounts linked to it.

Merchant Account: a sub-entity under a company account. Merchants can represent operational units such as a store, service line, branch, etc.

User: an individual user carrying certain permissions assigned to a profile. A user can have an access to all accounts or to selected account only.

Some example profiles could be:

  • Admin: having an access to all available sections and configurations, read and write.
  • Financial Team: having an access to the Finance section.
  • Technical Team: having an access to the parts crucial for testing troubleshooting, API keys etc. Read and write or read only, depending on the needs.

While there are some default profiles to choose from, depending on your specific needs, we can set up a custom made profile according to you needs.
