Go-live checklist
Use this checklist to ensure a smooth and successful go-live integration after testing phase.
Depending on your integration type and payment channel - e-commerce or recurring - some steps may differ. After completing this checklist, please refer to the type-specific checklist for additional requirements.
API keys
- Make sure you have your API keys: private and public and you know how to retrieve them - make sure you retrieved and used the production keys when going live.
Webhooks
- Make sure to configure the Webhook endpoint
- Set up event triggers for the relevant webhook notifications (eg. payment updates, refunds, chargebacks)
- Verify that your webhook signature validation and retry handling work as expected
Partner Connection & Credentials
- Have your PSP production accounts ready - refer to our Connection Guides to identify required credentials and where to find them
- Confirm that your PSP account setup is complete — some PSPs require additional enablements (eg. 3DS, recurring, refunds)
- Make sure you have tested each of the PSP in Sandbox mode
Fallbacks and SCA
- Decide whether you want to use the fallback service or not
- If you want to use it, go over available setup in the Optimizer: decide on the strategy based on the results
- If you are planning on using SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) exclusion rules, make sure to know how to configure them
Routing Matrix
- If you are planning on using Routing Matrix, create the routing rules in Sandbox to have them verified with our Support
