Create an order with exemption request

In this use case you can see an attempt to a no 3DS transaction with an SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) exemption request. In this example, we are using a trusted_beneficiary as an SCA exemption.

Here, in this example, the issuer declines the exemption - 3DS soft decline, requiring going through 3DS, therefore in the response the redirect_url is present.
